Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days before the Event that Character(s) have been assigned, without reason for doing so and a full refund will be supplied.

The deadline for cancelling a character event is up to 7 days before the date you receive the character rental service. Before 7 days and after 14 days, you will be issued a partial refund of 75% of the booking cost, 25% of the original purchase will be kept for expenses occurred on preparation.

No refund will be given between the 7 days before or at event. No refunds after the event has been provided.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement in writing before the cutoff dates.

Reimbursement of funds can take approximately 15 days, depending on financial institution. We practice financial security protocols and will use the same means of payment as the original purchase of the order.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the service purchase to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • no later than 14 days prior from the day on which we receive the formal cancellation request to receive a full refund.

  • no later than 7 days prior from the day on which we receive the formal cancellation request to receive the partial refund as explained.

The following service purchase cannot be returned:

  • cancelling an order 7 days or less before the event or post-event.

We reserve the right to refuse a return of purchase for any service that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
